Flickr - Social Media Glossary

Flickr is a photo and video hosting website and social media community.

Flickr allows you to host up to 200 photos for free. If you want to host more than 200, premium services are $25 per year. Flickr also allows photo pools and groups which range from broad topics (photos that showcase certain colors) to smaller niches (knitting groups in which members post photos of their recent projects). It is these member-driven communities that make Flickr a valuable and powerful social media channel.
