Pricing Strategy for Wedding Planners

Last week, Xochitl Gonzalez, a wedding planner based in New York, shared a conversation she and Brooke Keegan, a wedding planner based in Southern California and one of Think Splendid's 16 Wedding Professionals To Watch in 2016, had about Brooke's pricing strategy. A while back, Brooke switched her pricing from a flat fee to a percentage with a $30,000 fee minimum — something out of the norm for her city. Yesterday, Xochitl and Brooke hosted a Google Hangout to talk more about how Brooke makes this work and share a bit of the back story of why she decided to go this route.
