(Disclaimer: I worked for Google before going out on my own, so I am bit biased.) It takes minutes to set up, and you'll be tracking your data within 24 hours. They have plenty of tutorial videos to help you set up goals and filters as well. All the reader terms seem to mean the same thing.<BR/><BR/>Also, Feedburner was sold to Google, so their site stats are the same thing. I still go to feedburner.com to check my stats, but the gears behind it are now combined. Eventually (June-ish), Feedburner will disappear.
